A boutique-hotel feeling, not an apartment listing.
The house is special: 122 m² over four floors of restored stone and timber, a private sauna and jacuzzi, and a terrace over the rooftops of Piran. On a marketplace it looked like every other apartment.
The site had to sell the stay the way a luxury hotel would, and turn that interest into a direct enquiry to the owner.
Let the house tell its story, one floor at a time.
Instead of an amenities list, the page follows the building from the ground up. Each floor gets its own mood and photos, so a guest walks through the house before they arrive.

Quiet luxury: stone, timber, evening light.
A classic serif with an italic voice, warm stone tones, one muted gold for the action, and slow, calm motion. Nothing shouts, because the house doesn’t need to.

A street with a story.
The house takes its name from its street, Alma Vivoda ulica, which honours a woman of the Istrian resistance. The site gives her story a short chapter of its own: a quiet tribute that also makes the name memorable.
Live in four languages, matching where guests come from. Enquiries go straight to the owner, with no platform in between.
